need a little rooster help

I was told he was a "single combed leghorn " when I got him but wanted to get a few more opinions.

I believe that he is a cross of some sort. He may carry leghorn blood, but is not a leghorn. All leghorns have white earlobes, and a white leghorn would have yellow legs.
