I am having a problem trying to figure out how to delete a spoiler in my signature...I know how to edit my signature and how to add a spoiler but I dont know how to delete one.

If you go to edit your signature the text normally hidden in the spoiler should show up, highlighted in pink. Just erase all that text and the spoiler should be gone.
