Human doctors and their staffs can be just as bad. Our 56 yr old needed to see a specialist at a hospital that is 70 miles away. The appt was made 3 months in advance. I took the day off to watch the rest of our kids or PARENT them as my wife says. She went to the hospital and waited 90 minutes. When they finally got her in she found out the person who scheduled her set her up for the wrong test. So she left with nothing done. Not the 1st time it's happened either. Incompetence is something we all suffer for. I always try my best to be sure I don't cause others problems through carelessness.
