Need advice about when to do lockdown.

I ordered some eggs from two different sources and unfortunately, one shipment came late. So today I have 3 eggs on day 19 and 9 eggs on day 12. My last batch (which was my first one) had my first chick hatching on day 23. Should I lockdown now, raise the humidity, etc. for the first 3 and just hope the others will be okay? I had intended to maybe get another bator or hatcher but my husband told me no. Should I wait a few days? Tomorrow?

Not sure what to do!

What humidity have you been running?

45% which is what the manufacturer recommends for the beginning. Last time, I raised it to 65% during lockdown.
