how big is the turtle, will the turtle escape and you'll loose him, how big are the ducks, how deep is the pond?

depends on the turtle species. If its a red ear slider or similar then you should be fine. If its a snapper then no.

Some sliders can be dangerous, especially to ducklings. And, of course, snappers are a big no-no. I think if you Google the type of turtle you have and ducks/ducklings, you might get an idea of how dangerous they would be.
