Need advice ! Combining flock....

It does sound like they are becoming a flock. My geese are finally all together. My gander adopted the 2 batches of goslings. But when I brought home an Embden gosling the other goslings hated it. Boris the gander is accepting so we have been slowly introducing them. Last night they slept in the barn together. Today the Embden is a part of the flock!

Yes I'm hoping that is what happens * fingers crossed! * there's no Roos , ganders or drakes so all females here I did that on purpose no problems w big predators yet so it's been smooth sailing . And actually just got our first BR egg today yay! Knock on wood! Could this be flock heaven ? Haha

Girls can have issues too, you know them hormones, but without males to complicate things further it shouldn't be too rough of sailing. Congrats on the first egg.

Oooooo yes my pekins are quite the bobbin head divas that don't like to put them selves in the pool ... Even tho they have a awesome ramp! Ugh!

I hope that your plan works. No males should help. My gander puts the drake and especially the rooster in his place. Good luck!

i have a top hen .... she puts everyone in check lol shes also the one who blessed me with our first egg today
