Need Advice...FAST! Incubator question

I found a Hovabator 2362N on Craigslist. They are asking $70, I think that's a little high. What would you pay? No turner..just the bator. She said its been used a handful of time. I'm using my homemade bator and would be content to make another. So...WWYD??

You can get a new one for that price, with no turner. Just my thoughts.

I wouldn't. Might as well get a new one at that price. Not much of a deal on a used incubator.
