Need advice for Little Giant still ais incubator

I just hatched 25 chicks in a Little Giant. I set 35 bantam eggs. At 7 days I pitched 8 bad eggs and on hatch day only 2 were no shows.

My only complaint was turning eggs...ha, so I bought a turner for next time. You do need wet sponges or wet paper towel,to keep the humidity up, The trays don't hold enough (at least in my situation)
