Need advice! Pipped early today but no zipping.

7 babies were born yesterday and all seem very healthy except one that is holding his/her head a little cocked. It seemed like it took that one forever to get up and running. Is this anything that I need to worry about? Also one pipped early this morning but has made no progress the rest of the day. I still hear chirping. Should I try to help it along? They are under a broody hen. This is my first hatch so I have lots of questions!
