Need advice please! FTT

I have 6 silkie chicks that are 5 days old. All are doing great except one. She is clearly a runt, she's about 3/4 the size of the rest and she's had a rough time since she got to me. I've been giving her nutri drench and electrolytes in her water but she doesn't seem to be getting better. I rarely see her try to eat and when she does I don't think she ever actually eats anything. Just pecks without grabbing anything. She's now having a tough time keeping her eyes open and won't leave from under the warmest part of the heat plate(I have it angled one super low point to higher) none of the other chicks are under. It's very warm out. I also tried to give her mash with honey but she wouldn't eat that either. Any advice would help! I'm thinking of trying acv next???

I don’t think the ACV would do any good. Has she had any pasty butt? Make sure that she can poop. I would keep trying to feed her watery mash and giving the NutriDrench. I hope she makes it.
