need advice please on pekin duck

I just now added straw in their pen a wk ago. And she been having this a month or so. She coughs like this more when shes quacking away at the males. Usually its five coughs in a row. This video i could only catch one

Shes the only one doing this. She acts perfectly normal otherwise. Its frustrating cuz i cant figure it out. But her coughing has gotten worse over time. Could it be gapeworm even tho she does gape, only coughs

I haven't heard of ducks getting gape worm, they are more resistant to worms/diseases than chickens, try adding some ACV into their drinking water make sure it's deep enough for her to dunk her whole head in. ACV has some antibacterial proprieties, they always need a 1container deep enough to be able to wash their faces and nares out in. 1-2 Tablespoons of ACV to 1 gal of water

I have been doing oral Tylan for a couple days with no improvement. I really can't hear any wheezing, but at times i can hear her breathe. Im just worried Im missing something here

What kind of fungal problems are there? And could it only affect one duck? I have 6 together. They always have clean water and deep enough todunk heads in. I pick up wet and poop bedding everyday in their pen, keeping it clean as I can.

Sounds you are doing a great job! And this is not a diagnosis - just some information for you to consider. But FYI, there is something called aspergillus. There is an article here http://www.majesticwaterfowl.org/mmissue84.htm

My ducks make that noise from time to time, sometimes Zwei will make it several times a day for a few days. I really think it may be something like a dry throat. Have you tried a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a gallon of drinking water for them?

I don't know if you had seen my other post, but my rouen has been coughing and it seems to be from swallowing feathers and down while preening. He was coughing for over a month and recently stopped. I took him in for worms and the fecal test came back negative but with much feather matter in it. Reading everything it possibly could be freaked me out badly but when i realized what was going on I've been much more at ease.

Just a positive note. :)

I did read your post. Were the feather particles noticeable when you looked at the fecal or just when they tested it? I am getting more worried about her everyday. Her cough keeps getting worse..I guess the tylan 50 isnt helping :( I was giving 1/2cc once a day. is that too little of a dose? Ive read give 1/2 or 1. and im not sure if im supose to do it once a day or twice

Just when they tested it, but when he coughs a lot he gets some of it out and will hang a bit from his beak... I uploaded this video so you could hear how he was coughing also...
