Need advice quick

One of my chicks has just hatched but she’s got nearly half the shell stook to her back. What could this be

A damp paper towel or washcloth will help loosen the membrane stuck between the chick and the shell. It Will take some time and patients but it will come off.
If you search "assisted hatch" you will get lots of results.

It’s come of now after I just increased the humidity. Thank you for the advice

They can get a little sticky if the humidity is a little to low. I'm glad the shell came off. Keep am eye that the membrane comes off too but you should be fine if you increased the humidity.
