Need advice re: lonely recuperating hen

Hope it all goes well. I have joked that I would keep a hen in a dog crate in the house if needed. There is always going to be one hen that is super mean.Just the way the pecking order goes.It's all good if the meanie leaves the others alone most times,but I have some that attack throughout the day (for no reason) and it makes life hell for the others.

When I had injured hens I would blue kote everyone a bit so no one stood out.
