What is the best way to offer oyster shells. In the feed or a separate bowl. I want to make sure she eats it and I'm afraid if I mix it in the feed it will fall to the bottom of the bowl and not get eaten. What does everyone else do?

What is the best way to offer oyster shells. In the feed or a separate bowl. I want to make sure she eats it and I'm afraid if I mix it in the feed it will fall to the bottom of the bowl and not get eaten. What does everyone else do?

Just put some in a bowl close to the feed she'll only use it as needed.

Or just get layena feed that has calcium in it

Or a cracked egg, my ducks love egg shell, it's kind of a problem when they start to nest
