Need advice

We decided to incubate this year this is the first time n lastnight chick#6 stopped hatching after only a hole for 2 days so I had to completely cut this beauty outta the shell because it was drying out really bad and sticking to the babies face and head it's kinda small an eyes are able to open now n trying to move astound is there anything I cam do to help this lil peeper out? I was so worried over the night it wasn't gonna make it but it's being a trooper so far

You did the right thing. Now nature must take its course. Provide the needed heat and when they get old enough the food and water. It has to have the will to live for it to make it the rest of the way. Good luck and I hope the little dude makes it!
