We have a super sucky incubator, and have had 40+ eggs die, but one little guy did hatch, we did get a new incubator and eggs, but what should we do with this one Lonely chick?

If you can, try to buy at least two others. Often hatcheries require you to order at least three chicks from online (I know you're getting them from a store. This is just an example), because even two can get a little lonely sometimes. Chickens are social animals, so the more the merrier. Most people agree you should have at least three. If you can, purchase pre-sexed females, so you hopefully don't have to worry about rehoming multiple roosters, especially if the one who hatched is a male. Here's an article about the social complexities of chickens to help.

Oh, somehow I forgot that you already had chickens, so there will be more than three when they're added to the flock. Either way, I'd suggest you get him at least two friends :)
