Need Advice

I have 6 hens and 1 is a Polish hen. She has feathers missing off her head. I think the others are doing it to her. Any ideas of how to stop this?

Get some blue coat might help if it does not may have to rehome her

Unfortunately this is why it's never a good idea to have a single crested bird in a flock. Heck, I have 5 and one is still being pecked. While I can't stand when people do it, you may want to consider trimming the crest shorter. Then she can see and then maybe the other birds won't be as interested because she won't look as different
