All is going absolutely fantastic this time around. Made sure I done everything properly. I got a new incubator that does the turning for me only have to fill it with water give the eggs a spray and leave them alone. Currently on day 20 now. I read somewhere about the temperature and the humidity levels come a set day one is supposed to be higher than the other. And was wondering when that happens and what do I raise it to? I know on day 25 I’ve to remove the automatic turner bit and have them on the tray for the last 3 days.

You're so close! Your thinking about lockdown. Lockdown is when you raise the humidity during the last few days, or when the eggs start to pip, your choice. Same day you remove the auto turner. The day before lockdown your going to want to candle and toss any dead eggs.
You might also read that you shouldn't open the bator during lockdown because of shrink wrapping. Note that shrink wrapping is only a concern if the humidity drops for an extended period of time while the eggs are pipping. Its okay to open the bator to check on eggs/take out hatched babies. No need to be paranoid about that, though do try to be as hands off as possible.
Good luck with your hatch!

It’s the raising the humidity I’m not sure of. What temperature should that be at? I tend to candle them at night every few days as it is.

The temp stays the same (I believe 99.5 is what I had mine at but now I can’t remember.). If you’ve had humidity at 45-55 you would want it around 65-(70?) for lockdown. On the incubator I used it specifically said to increase the humidity (fill up the 2nd water tunnel:tray), open the vent fully, and remove the auto egg turner.

I set mine to 60-65% for lockdown. I leave my temp where it is usually.
Temperature I wasn’t meaning to change I meant the temp for the humidity which have it set to that so all is good there. Have one that’s just pipped 5 days early. I can hear him or her pecking and making the noises to crack and there is an outer crack. The other 6 are nowhere near that stage yet. Went to fill the tray and give them a spray and felt a bump on one of them and thought that’s strange so checked and it was definitely a crack. So had to put egg on one of the bits and wedge it so it doesn’t turn like the rest of them.
