My 19 babies will be 2 weeks old this weekend. My family and I are going out of town for Sat and Sun. Would it be ok to put them outside in a rabbit type hutch as long as there are heat lamps? Weather will be upper 80's during the day, and mid 60's at night.

I would put a piece of cardboard on two side where they can huddle together and sleep (cozy corner)

I would us 60 or 100 watt light bulb ,heat lamp might get to hot ???

I was going to use a 75 or 100 watt bulb, that's what I use in the brooder. I think it will work out just fine for them. I may put them in tomorrow, just to see how they do for the weekend.

As Long As They Dont Huddle And Can In No Way Get Wet (until Fully Feathered Out)it Will Work Fine. So You May Want To Look Real Hard At Your Hutch And Consider Rain/wind... Maybe Drape It Under A Tarp?
