Need Advice

I was blessed with some eggs through a trade opportunity! The problem is that we are now going camping for my husbands Birthday this weekend! If I start the eggs Friday afternoon will they be ok if I can't turn them till Sunday Evening? I don't want to loose these seramas!!!

I'm sure some will disagree with me, but~~the first 3 days my eggs are in the bator--I don't turn them. This was advice given to me by a much more experienced breeder than myself. So far, I've had very good results.

I agree with bcsilkie I put my eggs in bator and dont turn them for a few days ! I also went camping about a week and a half inot incubation and was gone for 3 days and the did not get turned AT ALL! I am sure that when momma hen turns her eggs she leaves one or two out once in a while!
