Need advice!!

We have 1 6/6 coop and a 10/20 run. We have 5 chickens. Buff Orpingtons, about 1 year old. 4 hens and 1 rooster. We were thinking about getting a few more hens for our rooster.
How many to get?
How old should they be?
How long to quarantine?
How to quarantine?
