Do her eyes look normal? This looks like wry neck to me, but I'm not sure. @Eggcessive , @Wyorp Rock , @azygous , @HeatherKellyB , and @ChickenCanoe are all better at this than I am.

The look normal to me as well. Fuzzy, dilated, or misshapen pupils are a sign of marek's, so it's good that her eyes look normal. I"m not sure if this applies to all types of marek's though. Was she vaccinated for it?

If she is vaccinated, it is probably a lower chance that it is marek's and a higher chance of some other ailment.

Correct, the sav-a-chick should be enough vitamin E to help her.
