I have 6 khacki's that are 2 months old only 2 seem to quack and the 2 quackers are slightly smaller then the rest I assume they are females and I have 4 males? So what should I do with this ratio?? Will 4 males be too much?

Short answer, yes, 4 drakes with 2 females would be way too much. However, don't give up yet. Are any of them beginning to develop lighter colored bills? Are any of them developing a noticeably darker head and neck.
