24 hours from placing the eggs into the incubator is day 1.
So start counting the next day you set them.

For example, if you set them on Friday,
Saturday would be day 1.

Plywood installed on the brooder. All that is left is to make the doors. No bad smells in the incubator and currently sitting at 43% humidity. Grooooooow chickies!

Do I count my day 1 of incubating as the day following introducing them to the incubator or the day I set them?
