I’m seeing 2 pullets and a cockerel. But what makes you think they’re all cockerels?

They might be Sapphire Gems (females), or they might be cockerels (another breed).
But they cannot be Sapphire Gem cockerels, because they do not have white barring.

Sapphire Gem cockerels have white barring, while Sapphire Gem pullets have no white barring.
