Need Chick Reading Suggestions

I'm very interested in getting some chicks and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a specific book, internet site, etc. that I should read to get me informed on what to do.

For a minute there, I thought you wanted some bed-time reading for your chicks.

Here are a few options for books, but I can't recommend one over the other. I have Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks and it is broad in range of topics, with good information, but not a lot of specifics. I think a book like that is a good reference to have on hand.
