At 10 weeks they shouldn't need warm water.
Have you considered getting a necropsy to know what killed them?
Here is one of your poultry labs. Call and they will likely send a FedEx label for shipping. Refrigerate the bird till you box it. Don't freeze.

Yes. They have another building adjacent to this one now but have been in there. That looks great! Have chickens ever been in there before?
Peafowl can get something called blackhead when kept with chickens, so do send off your chick for necropsy. If cause of death was blackhead you will want to stock up on medications to treat it. You will need metronidazole, Baytril, and Safeguard or Valbazen.Yes. They have another building adjacent to this one now but have been in there.

Other common killers of peachicks are worms and coccidiosis. For worms you will need Safeguard or Valbazen, for coccidiosis you will need Corid, a sulfa antibiotic, or Baycox. Me, I prefer Baycox.
Give me a couple of hours and I will get some sources for those medications for you.
I raise peafowl and I have found it really helpful to weigh my chicks on a regular basis as lack of gain is usually the first indication they are getting sick. Can you go purchase a good scale and weigh them?
