I have a bird who is declining quickly. I had another bird euthanized and her necropsy showed the main cause of death to be coccia. Now her sister is becoming lame and barely eating or drinking. I know the water dowing but can I give directly since she is barely drinking?

How are you treating the wry neck?
I'm currently giving vitamin E mixed with scrambled eggs. The neck issue only started 3 days ago, but our necropsy of the other bird also showed suspected MG and possible Mareks. I'm having a Mareks pcr done and awaiting the results. I'm hoping not Mareks.

Keep doing the vitamin E and eggs. Hopefully they don't have MG or Mareks.

The MG I don't doubt but have no idea where it came from. We had our first bout of symptoms after deworming for a large roundworm load back in April. We likely had MG before that since we hatched 6 eggs in the beginning of February and only 2 survived.I didn't realize at the time that we had MG. The PCR for it was listed as only suspect? The state lab vet says the suspected MG and possible Mareks were both secondary to the cocci and that the cocci caused her paralysis. I've had nothing but bad luck with chicks 😞
