Need Duckling Bedding Advice

I'm surrently brooding 2 Magpie and @ Khaki Campbell ducklings. They're 2 weeks old. I have pine shaving in their brooder, but it's turning into a a nasty mess. What else can I put in their brooder for bedding?

I have found that larger pine chips work great! I have their waterer on a Tubberware lid which lifts it just enough to not get the chips in it. Then everyday I remove the few wet spots around the waterer and replace it with fresh bedding. It's nice because the smell of pine helps mask the duck smell and my ducks really love cozying up in it during bedtime.

Not sure what you have but try to find the largest ones as it helps a lot
