Need expert info - Silkies as Meat Birds

Hi! I am a little late on this thread but I am interested in growing some silkies for a customer who really wants them for meat. Thanks for all the great info here.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a silkie to reach maturity to be dressed out at 1 to 1.5 lbs?

i know this is an old post but Silkies are highly desirable in my culture. Fresh ones can fetch $20 a bird.

What is your culture? We are getting pretty diverse around here singapore people and also Saudi people are coming in about 2 years.
