Yeah, the black one. Judging by the pics of eggs, I'm thinking she's a black marans, which I didn't know existed until I started looking at Bev Davis' website. Most just talk about BCMs. My EE girls do lay pretty much every day too though. My speckled sussex are the worst layers, but then they're around 3 years old and two of them are just finishing up a molt. So I get one egg about 3-4 times a week from the nonmolter.
My two new little ee chicks are in their brooder together, getting along fabulously. They look almost exactly alike; the one who hatched last night is a tiny bit darker. And, OMG, they are loud if separated!
