oh and i should say they are american lavender goose eggs. the mommy and daddy were droped off at the pond 2 years ago last year they raised 2, one died over winter

so i got 3 eggs (left 13) before the minks could (they had a diffrent nest and a pair of candians too but the minks and foxes got to them

Set 42 on Saturday night. (7th).

30 Delaware chickens and 12 mix. EE's RIR's, etc.

These are for friends of mine.

With the first 42 Delawares, (my first attempt) I hatched out 21. 50% rate. I think my humidity wasn't high enough. Several never pipped.

Hi all. I set 14 BBS orp eggs last night (Mother's Day). I just hatched 7 of 8 black/lav split orps last Monday, so I'm hoping to get lots from this new batch! Good luck to everyone!

my kitty saved my eggs the plug came out but it was cool she was laying on them....now to figure out how she go the lid offkeep in mind these are goose eggs and she only wiegs 4-5 lbs so there safe
