Need help about attacking chicken please.

There are some chickens that roam free around my neighborhood, in yards and streets, one of them keeps attacking me. I'm not allowed to call animal control because of family problems stopping me. It will even cross the street to attack me. I worried that it might hurt me one of these times. Can anyone give me any advice?

I would not advise kicking an aggressive roo. They see that as fighting behavior and attack that much more.

Do you know someone with a place to keep him? Take a fish net and when comes catch him. Once he is relocated end of your problem.
