Need help/advice for goose not eating and wobbly

I hope and pray I never have to tube feed but if I do I know I'll get the same kind of help..and encouragement..

Oh heavens no. I'm disabled... I have no life beyond the birds and this computer

. My hubby (when he's not at work) is my only live person I interact with. I do have a few friends but they all work too. I've been reading the forum a lot before finally joining. Since I've joined I've been doing a lot more reading and answering questions I feel confident I can answer. No, you can't get rid of me that quickly

. It's nice to be able to talk with people that you have a common interest/hobby.

My goose starting yesterday morning wasn't being very active/chatty and wasn't eating. She's a little more active today but still won't eat. She mainly still just wants to sleep, too. We took her to the vet yesterday (2 1/2 hours away), but they couldn't find anything wrong with her. We had them do all the tests they offered except for X-rays, so we're waiting to hear back on them. I kind of regret not getting the X-rays, but my BF is understandably concerned with paying a lot of money when we have so many animals on the farm. But the geese are more like pets to us at this point, lol.

They also gave her some fluids for food since she wasn't eating. She still drinks water and doesn't seem to be wobbly (yet), just listless. The vet said to call if she gets worse.

After reading through much of this thread, I was wondering if I could get advice on what first steps to take in this situation. We're currently going to the store for electrolytes, probiotics, some new VetRX (in case the current bottle was somehow contaminated giving it to other animals), and some vegetables and fruit (she usually LOVES carrots). I think I also have some activated charcoal in the house if that's recommended.

I imagine something in her stomach or digestive system may be bothering her if she doesn't want to eat? Any advice would be appreciated!

Edit 1: She's a little over 5 months old. And we don't actually know if she's a female or not. That's just what we were told when we got her, but they weren't sure. She normally does snakelike behavior when dogs are around and screeches high-pitched occasionally, so she may be a male.

Edit 2: I gave her some chopped carrots and apples, which she went at fairly ravenously (still a little less gung-ho than normal), and she ate everything. I'll give her more in a bit, but I just didn't want to give too much at once. But this was about 20 minutes ago, and I don't think she's pooped yet. So I'm wondering if it could be a constipation issue. I was thinking she wouldn't be pooping because of not eating, but she does drink and hasn't been pooping the uric acid or whatever it's called either.

Edit 3: She IS pooping now, though they're very small, light gray/brown solid cylinders that are a little harder than normal. But at least it's something! She still refuses to eat any grass and pretty much just spits out the all flock that she might nibble on (when I mixed it with the carrot and apple). She is still chewing on non-food things, and also on the leaves on the ground. But specifically just not interested in her normal food.
