Bowleggedness is basically rickets. However, most rickets I have seen in people involve both legs. It is possible that they have another abnormality called a slipped tendon or perosis. In the second link that is discussed. Both of these problems are vitamin related, so I would get some all B and vitamin D supplements and try them after doing some reading. I am not familiar with turkeys or rickets in poultry, but maybe others will have additional advice.
