NEED HELP AGAIN FROM my BYC friends

Here we go again. Can some one tell me the difference between (Class and Variety) when it comes to chicken. Sorry to be so dumb.

My son started 4-H and he needs to match up species and breeds. We knew most of them but have no idea what the rest are. Can anyone help us please. These we do not know these, Rouen, Broad White, Houdan,
Booted (Mille Fleur).

These are the answers we have and need to match them up. Bantam, Chicken, Duck, Goose, Pigeon, Quail, and turkey.

Hope you understand this. Is a Booted (Mille Fleur) a Bantam or Chicken
What is a Broad White?
What is a Houdan? I found that one, it's a chicken. Very nice bird
What is a Rouen?

I tried that and it took me 1/2 an hour to find the other one's we didn't know. I thought it would be faster just asking my friends on here. Thanks

Anyone that reads the McMurray catalog from cover to cover would see a rouen duck, looks like a large mallard. The Broad Breasted White turkey is the popular commercial type. Just look up McMurray Hatchery, I think the Houdan is a chicken and Mille Fleur is a bantam.

Rouen is a Duck . Broad White is a Turkey. The booted are bantams.Hope this helps and good luck!

Thank you that was so much faster. I looked on line but all I could find for Cornish was recipes. lol We have to match up pics with them and they are in black and white. None of them look like a cornish hen.

Thanks for all your help everyone. My son has ADHD and it's hard to get him to work on this. He said it's like doing home work but he's learning a lot about chickens and doesn't even know it.
