Need Help Asap (PICTURES ADDED)

Don't worry, I've had this happen from time to time with both chickens and ducks. Sometimes they manage to come out still in the posture they were in the egg... curled up.
I'm not sure why, it may be they just came a little early or got out too easy without yet forcing enough use of their muscles, were weak or just runts.

The good news is, every time I have had this happen, after struggling to get up and around for some time they always managed to straighten out and end up fine. I've never had to nurse one back, it took care of itself. I do leave them in the bator until they are straight and walking though. They may chill more easily or use too much needed energy trying to stay warm otherwise, but I'm just guessing.
I would not cull him and just wait it out, but keep him extra warm inside the incubator. I'm sure a little dip of b vitamin or sugar water wouldn't hurt and may help give it the energy it needs, I personally would leave it alone so as not to add any stress to it's situation.

I just saw the pics. They look like they will be ok to me so long as they are moving about. They should be flopping a bit, resting a bit, flopping a bit again... This is not wry neck. Hang in there they will come around.

I've had the same problem with a runt I had to hatch out. He had no control of his legs an somersaulted backwards and forwards to move. I kept him extra warm and gave a blanket so he would dry up faster. He healed just fine too! He was weak though, and took another day to catch up to his siblings in terms of running. He is about 3/4 the size of all the other too. I would not cull your chicks. But at the same token, I've never experienced wry neck before so...

UPDATE:

The one little guy who was lying flat with his leg out died lastnight the other little guy is doing alot better I could hardly tell him apart from the others. He still is slighty holding his head down but is much better then lastnight I have hope for him.

:)over the years I have had this happen. I usually give them a little extra warmth and alone time. Most of the time in a couple of days they are up and running with the rest.

i have a full grown rooster or hen... im not sure. its about a year old and no eggs but no crows either so its illness may have stunted it somehow. "Crook" was given to me by a lady i got my frizzles from... he/she has crooked neck syndrome and does just fine. its in no pain just has a little crick in its neck. i wouldn't cull it unless it seems to suffer.
