NEED HELP ASAP

My 2 year old chicken is unable to walk her feet look fine and she is acting normal other wise . Please advice me on what to do thank you

What do you feed including treats, what does her poop look like, is she eating and drinking, and have you introduced any new birds to the flock recently?

She is eating and I gave her poultry cell. Her poop looks normal, and no I have not introduced any new birds.
