NEED HELP ASAP!!

I need help asap! I recently aquired a double club footed duck (his feet are turned completely upwards, he walks on his knees) whom was born in the spring of 2012 sometime. Up until now he could get around quite well for a club footed duck. Here recently though he started favoring his entire left side more. Instead of hobbling around on both knees, he now moves around in a circle favoring his left side. Even when he gets in the water his left side sinks into the water some and he is kind of tilted. What is wrong?? Please somebody get to me asap with a possible problem and/or solution. Thank you very much.

what did the vet say
