Need help ASAP!

So I go to SFA in Nacogdoches TX. Recently there has been a trend of letting ducklings go at the ag pond when they are a week or two old. I have already raise 8 myself and they live happily out there each around 6 weeks old. However I came across a new duckling today. He is a magpie not much older than a week. Needs someone to take him in. Please help the baby. My complex won't allow me to have any more animals. I have food for him if anyone can take him

Awwww I want him... I'm in Livingston.... Not too far away but my water pump just busted on my car so I'm stuck at home for awhile
