Need help! Baby chick got too cold (outside in storm)

I have a brooder inside coop outside. One of my 3 week old chicks got out brooder and escaped the coop during storm last night. I found her on the ground this morning soaking wet and barely alive. I got her dry and literally have her in a towel on my chest with heating pad. She’s moving a little now, eyes closed, making a little sound. I was able to give a few drops of water. I know it will be a miracle if she lives but any suggestions appreciated!

Give the chick warm sugar water. Mix one teaspoon sugar with a pinch of salt and baking soda (electrolytes) in one cup warm water and drizzle it on right side the beak for the next several hours until the chick can drink it on its own.

Update, chick survived!!! I kept her warm and gave her electrolytes and egg yolk. She’s good as new! Thanks for the help!

I stand by that chances of warming up a cold chick are much better than cooling off a roasted chick. No damage done, GOOD JOB. You were so smart to do the heating pad with nice safe feeling of towel on your chest, bravo!
