NEED HELP: Broken Wing

I need to know how we might try to fix our little Polish roosters broken wing. He is totally a spoiled pet.

We suspect our neighbor of breaking his jaw so he deals with that and manages okay. We feed him special. I wish we could get him surgery to fix

Now today he has a broken wing. I planned to take vetwrap and wrap around his body, immobilizing his wing.

His name is Cookie and he's my 9 yr olds pet... instead of having a cat or dog... so he's very important to us.

I hope someone can give me some pointers. I need to wrap his wing up somehow.

sounds like a plan right now anyway... If you have some access to some comfrey that will help in the healing. It's a herb, fresh is better than dried. You will wrap it with the tape against the wing
