Need help catching feral chicken!

My uncle and I caught feral chickens around our house by leading them into a dead end. Once there, have one person go in and spook them to run out while the other grabs them as they try to run by. If you have a net that can help some in increasing your reach.

We use food as a lure/bait to catch one in a pen, we've also used chicken catchers before (fishing net on a pole) on extremely flighty roos w/ full spurs. Our former feral is usually the first one to come when we shake the scratch can now (only not there when she's broody in the hen house)... good luck with yours!
