need help chick still Has yoke atticked PIC HELP

chick still hanging in there but looks to be getting weak

I have never had one that bad, but I always left them alone and most of the time they absorb it and are ok. Hope the little thing makes it.

I had that happen to me too!

The yolk was big! I almost panicked but instead I first looked at the way the chick was acting. And she looked cluesless that there was even a problem. She just wanted to walk around ab BE a chick. So I cracked some of the shell to make the chick comfortable and to avoid the yolk from breaking off while the chick moved around. OH AND SHE MOVED AROUND! You see judging by her high activity I could see that she would be just fine. So to keep the yolk moist and the chicks movement down, I just took a warm damp washcloth and placed it around her backside checking on her regulary. Eventually that yolk got absorbed and she was able to break free from the rest of the shell.
