need help/chicken with possible skin disorder

If someone could give us some ideas that would be great. I have a Sexlink (Minnie Pearl) who has this skin rash. We have tried spraying the Vetericyn, but it does not help and her feathers are very thin and sparse. I think it is spreading to her wings. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am worried about my girl.

If I'm seeing what I think I'm seeing the red thing is her oil gland...is it near the end of her back...and the thin feathers are from being mated? Do you have a rooster?

No roosters. And this began when she molted last summer. I have used the cure all spray, but it doesn't work.

THen that is odd. I guess you checked her for mites or lice. I have heard too that they can get ringworm but I have never seen it. Would it be possible to get a skin scrape test done at the vet? Have you tried using ivomec pour on? If it is a "bug" of some kind ivomec would be a good try as it kills most of those. I would try that and then see. It can be like solving a puzzle sometimes trying to figure out what is wrong.

It isn't bugs and I tried to get the best picture (as bad as it is) her feathers are missing from this area as well. All she has is the pinions.
Someone on FB suggested Neosporin.
