Need help deciding what to do with a baby chick with skeletal issues

The chick with the bent neck, read somewhere it's wry neck and needs vitamins to fix[?]
The chick with the leg sticking out, I had a chick like that, a few days old Jap. I tired using a bandaid for 2 days, didn't seem to help. Left the chick alone. 2-3 days later, the chick is totally fine.
So, not sure if that really helps, but time and good food seemed to do the trick for me.
