The one on the top of the pecking order is probably a [COLOR=333333]cockerel, and the rest are pullets.[/COLOR]

I am sorry , like I said I am very very new to this... Which one is likely a cockerel?

A cockerel has the redder combs. Look through your pictures & you'll see one of your buff Orpingtons has a pretty red comb.

Oh yes I did know that, yes one of the buffs has a pretty red comb, we think two of the 3 buffs are cockerel.
