Need help determining what is wrong with my chicken

I have a Rhode Island Red chicken that i have been observing for a couple of days. She hasnt laid a egg in a few days but she is just standing around or laying around not her normal self she is not moving around much she just is not normal I dont know what to do . I have 2 other chickens in with her and they seem fine. I am new at this chicken stuff so can someone give me a clue as to what i can do i get attached to my chickens and i feel bad dont know what to do for her ..... Thanks

It's possible she could be egg bound or have a internal laying/reproductive disorder like Peritonitis.

Bring her in an give her a soak warm epsom salt bath. Glove up, lubricate and gently feel inside her vent about an inch to see if she has an egg stuck.

Provide her with some extra calcium, fresh water (poultry vitamins ok) and give her some egg, tuna or mackerel along with her normal feed.
