Need help determining why they aren’t laying.

We have 4 barred rocks who haven’t laid eggs in months. We have put cameras (no predators), used pepper flakes, added oregano oil to water, purchased feed with additional protein, built a truck for extra environment engagement. We have also put coffee around the coop to ward off local cats.
We are at a loss.
What are we missing?

They are 2 years.
They are no longer molting. They did not molt together.
We have also given them pumpkin, spread the coop with diatomaceous earth in the coop and the nesting area, apple cider in the water, coop is clean, fed them
Oregano from the garden.
They look healthy. Prior to them stopping laying they were sporadic.

Our climate is sporadic: Eastern NC.
Summer was very hot and humid. We are now moderate.

They went from molting to winter break, it's normal and nothing to worry about.
Stop the d.e, acv, pepper flakes, pumpkin and Oregano, they aren't going to help anything and can actually cause harm.

We have 4 girls; for the last several months maybe from July to Sept, we got maybe one egg every other day. For the last several weeks, it’s nothing.

One egg every other day doesn't seem too bad. You said they didn't all molt together, so one or two would've been molting, then the other two. Now they're slowing down for winter. Also depending on how hot the summer is, I've had hens stop during the heat of the summer

July is a little early to molt for 2 year olds, but all birds are different.
Sounds about right tho.
Eggs are a seasonal food.
