Need help doctoring my 3 week old pullets...please *Updated*

I let them out for a little bit yesterday but today it's rainy but I will get them a clump of dirt. Yea I decided last night that I needed to seprate them. They were suppost to be pullets but I am thinking that the one that is not injured is a rooster. I am not sure though they are california whites, 2 have white and gray feathers and 1 is all white, the one that is all white I think is a rooster but I am not sure at all. No experience with this. What happens when I have 2 roosters with 4 pullets?

Judging by the pic, they are about 3 weeks old? If so, roo vs hen behavior has probably not already started and boys and girls can be equally as picky and mean. Cali whites are just like leghorns, some with more black feathers than others. If all have the same conformation, except barred feathers, you may have a cali grey. If all white, may be leghorns. Either way, these breeds are all a bit flighty and I find mine to love exploring and getting into trouble. Seperation is a good thing, 2 roos and 4 pullets = lots of fights between roos when they reach "puberty" and beyond, and in addition, if the one boy who is top or is kept has only 4 girls, he may make his favorite one go bald on the back due to over maiting. In a week or so, the boys will start to show reddening of the combs and wattles. For sure by 5-6 weeks you will be able to see boys vs girls.

Yes they are 3 weeks old, thanks for the help this is my first time raising chicks, so I need all the advice I can get.

Well they are alot better now. It took lots of time and care but they are doing better now. What a way to start off my chicken experience. We used vasaline during the day and at night before bed I would use betadine on their backs. It took about a week to look better and a little bit longer for them to get more feathers in.

You can only pray this is your worst experience. I dealt with the pecking thing too. My dog killed my first 5 chickens. I don't have the dog anymore.

I don't think I would have the dog anymore either! I am worried about my cats, but that's why I got a rooster I am hoping he will take care of my cats and I keep my dog away from the chickens, hopefully he will get used to them that way if he gets loose he won't mess with them.

I changed from a white light to a red light. I put vasaline on their back just to prevent the pecking, they don't like the feeling on their beaks.

Edited to say:

ALso I tried pine tar to help with the pecking.
